Intro to Cheesemaking: Soft Cheeses 9/15/24
Join us at Caromont Farm to learn the essentials of artisan cheesemaking. In this class, owner & cheesemaker Gail Hobbs-Page will introduce students to Cheesmaking 101 through lecture, cheese tasting, and the hands-on process of making two types of soft cheeses that students will get to bring home with them. Guests will have time to hang with the goats and we will conclude with a shared, cheese-centric bite around the farm table.
*May include goat’s and cow’s milk cheeses
